To send circuit board(s) for repair follow these 3 easy steps.

Here is how it works...

Step 1: Use the menu at the top of this website to select the modality/model and press the go button. A parts list will appear, locate your item for repair and press the Add To Cart button to purchase a repair ticket. Follow the shopping cart instructions and proceed to check out. To confirm that you have chosen the correct board we have provide a sample picture of the board you have requested to be repaired.

Note: When completing an order, cardholder is required to either "click to accept" or an affirmative action. Security Method for the transmission of payment data- You need secured padlock(SSLA Secured 128 bit)

Step 2: Once your order has been received we will send you a prepaid shipping box via Fed EX with a return label inside. By following the instructions, which will be included with your shipment, package your circuit board(s) and apply the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Deliver the package to your local FedEx carrier or call them for a free pick-up.

Note: You may attach your own written instructions, or use the Repair Work Description Form to type and print.

Step 3: Upon completion of your specific repair, your circuit board(s) will be tested on a working system, inspected for quality assurance, packaged, and safely shipped back to you via FedEX.
