Service Refund Policy:
Radiology Board Repair service technicians test all repaired circuit boards on actual working units before shipping the item to our customers. Standard Repairs and Reconditioned Units are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of 15 days from date of shipment unless otherwise stated.*
Limited warranties: During the 15 days of the 15-day limited warranty, we will repair any hardware products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to repair the product, we will refund the costs of said repairs minus shipping fees.
When you contact us, we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. We will return the repaired products to you. We will pay to ship the repaired products to you if you use an address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories). Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect.
If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis. |

Important Warranty Details:
* Our warranty is void if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, cannibalization of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage, or handling by the customer, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the barcode label or etching has been removed or altered in any manner.
Limited Liability:
Our sole obligation for warranted units is Radiology Board Repair's option to return the fees paid or repair/replace any defective products, and in no event shall Radiology Board Repair be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of any repair services or remanufactured goods.
Pricing:
Due to fluctuating market costs, prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We offer quantity price breaks on most items, and extra discounts may be available for large quantity purchases. Call us for the latest information. Not responsible for typographical errors.
Credit Card Orders: All domestic Credit Card orders WILL be verified by our CC verification service for correct address, cardholder name, active status and availability of funds prior to shipment of all orders. While we prefer all US orders to be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder, we do understand that there are certain circumstances that may arise where this is inconvenient, or impossible to achieve. We may contact you if your billing and shipping address do not match to verify information prior to shipment.

Radiology Board Repair reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. We will not be held responsible for any orders cancelled due to suspicious activity, failure to provide necessary order information, attempt to ship a credit card order to a suspicious address, or invalid payment information.
Taxes:
All-Spec Industries charges sales tax if a product is shipped or billed within Florida. Some exceptions may apply. |
